Unfortunately, we are finding all couriers and Australia Post faltering under the burden of current covid restrictions with depot closures for deep cleaning and limited access to some destinations.
Most shipments are taking a week longer than normal and due to the delays courier companies have been inundated with enquiries so it has become difficult to contact them for accurate updates in a timely manner.
Whilst we endeavour to ship orders within 24hrs of receipt, the freight delays have been significantly impacting customers Australia-wide.
We recommend allowing additional time for delivery and maintaining higher stock volumes to avoid any disappointment.
All orders are shipped with tracking, these details are sent by email as shipments are collected so you can monitor your delivery's progress.
